Location: Victoria: Bendigo, Castlemaine, Kyneton & Echuca
Undertake a Certificate III in Individual Support while you work in a trainee capacity for a guaranteed period of 12 months.
Eligible women will be paid to ‘Earn and Learn’ during job placement.
All women receive job-readiness training, enrolment with an accredited RTO, and peer support through our unique program, The Placement Circle.
Upon successful completion you will receive a nationally recognised qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support – Aged Care (CHC33015).

- Hold a valid driver’s licence
- Own a reliable vehicle
- Reside in the Bendigo or Castlemaine area
