We facilitate aged care programs that support the placement of women into the aged care sector using our peer-led “Earn and Learn” model.
Positions are available both in aged care facilities and in-home care, offering flexible working options, access to training and importantly, peer-to-peer connections to create sustainable employment pathways.
We operate in Metro Melbourne, Bendigo, Kyneton, Echuca, and Castlemaine.

Women receive job readiness training, enrolment with an accredited Registered Training Organisation (RTO), and peer support through our unique program called The Placement Circle.
This program focuses on two primary functions: trainees and ancillary roles.
This program assists participants obtain their Certificate III in Individual Support through a traineeship mode, linking them with RTOs and employers.
For those seeking unqualified work, we’re often able to assist participants seeking roles in the kitchen, laundry, cleaning and domestic attendant areas.
