Aged Care

We facilitate aged care programs that support the placement of women into the aged care sector using our peer-led “Earn and Learn” model.

Positions are available both in aged care facilities and in-home care, offering flexible working options, access to training and importantly, peer-to-peer connections to create sustainable employment pathways.

We operate in Metro Melbourne, Bendigo, Mildura, Shepparton, Echuca, Woodend, Kyneton, Gippsland, Swan Hill, Kerang, and surrounding shires.

All women receive job readiness training, enrollment with an accredited Registered Training Organization (RTO), and ongoing peer support through our unique program called The Placement Circle.

This program is available across regional Victoria, and focuses on two primary functions: trainees and ancillary roles.

This program assists participants obtain their Certificate III in Individual Support through a traineeship mode, linking them with RTOs and employers.

For those seeking unqualified work, we’re also able to assist with participants seeking roles in the kitchen, laundry, cleaning and domestic attendant areas.
