Bus Drivers in Northern and Southern Adelaide
Have you always wanted to become a bus driver or are simply looking for a career change? WomenCAN Australia have received funding to support women into a unique and rewarding opportunity. You will earn a wage while learning on the job!
About the opportunity:
- A supportive employer is looking to train and recruit new bus drivers
- The successful applicants will receive training and peer support from WomenCAN Australia.
- Opportunities located in the Northern Adelaide and Southern Adelaide region
- You will receive a Bus Driving Qualification – Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence
You will need
- MUST live in either the Northern Adelaide or Southern Adelaide suburbs
- Must be 22 years of age or older
- Australia citizen or permanent resident
- A good driving history – a clear driving record – and able to provide evidence statement
- A full SA driver’s license for at least 6 months to be eligible.
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
- Ability to pass a National police check
- Good verbal communication skills as successful applicants will need to be able to communicate clearly with passengers
- Women from culturally diverse backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
