Support means success

At WomenCAN Australia, we take immense pride in our groundbreaking Peer Support model, The Placement Circle. Backed by over 40 years of research, this program is the secret ingredient that sets us apart.

The Placement Circle brings women together on the journey towards financial independence, walking hand in hand. With regular study group sessions and peer support discussions, our participants receive the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed from our experienced Peer Support Officers.

Reskilling, safe and well-paying job opportunities, and a strong community of supportive women are the keys to women re-entering the workforce. The Placement Circle delivers on all three fronts, providing free reskilling through local registered training organizations, connecting women with secure and fair-paying jobs, and fostering a network of shared experiences and support within their community.
