FAQ's

  • What makes ‘The Placement Circle’ special?
At The Placement Circle we link communities of peer supported women to vocational training and then on to employment. We are the only charity that blends these four elements as we help you become employment ready and capable. We do not include men in the program – this is a program only offered to people who identify as women. Having the support of your peers, women just like you who are finding their way back into paid employment, means you belong. Together, we will help you rebuild your confidence and make new friends. We create a sense of connection and belonging. At The Placement Circle we will also help you throughout your course and after you finish it. We will help you find your way onto employment by supporting you with our comprehensive Peer Support Program.
