About the opportunity:

  • Applicants will receive employment readiness training and peer support from WomenCAN Australia
  • You will have access to free training
  • You will be fully trained on the job while earning a wage
  • Upon completion of your training, you will receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

You will need:

  • To be an Australia citizen or permanent resident
  • To live in South East Melbourne
  • To be available for interviews between 23-28 February 2026
  • To be ready to start training on 20 March 2026
  • Good verbal communication skills as successful applicants will need to be able to communicate clearly with parents and children
  • Women from culturally diverse backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply
