About the opportunity:
- Applicants will receive employment readiness training and peer support from WomenCAN Australia
- You will have access to free training
- You will be fully trained on the job while earning a wage
- Upon completion of your training, you will receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
You will need:
- To be an Australia citizen or permanent resident
- To live in South East Melbourne
- To be available for interviews between 23-28 February 2026
- To be ready to start training on 20 March 2026
- Good verbal communication skills as successful applicants will need to be able to communicate clearly with parents and children
- Women from culturally diverse backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply
