Mark started with us as a volunteer, working hard to help get the organisation off the ground. Right from the start, it was clear he was passionate about empowering women. That passion grew into a key role as Financial Controller, where he was a huge part of supporting our mission to help women find meaningful work.

He’s always been the perfect balance of professional and warm, which is a rare combo. His expertise in finance was crucial, but it was his caring nature that really set him apart.
