Horticultural Traineeship

Want to work and study in Horticulture? We have part-time or full-time traineeships available for women to step into an exciting career pathway in Mildura and surrounds.

Location: Mildura, Victoria

WomenCAN Australia is looking for passionate people interested in becoming Horticultural Trainees in a fast growing space. Come and join our FREE ‘Earn and Learn’ program in Horticulture in Mildura and surrounds.

  • No prior experience needed.

  • We will pay you and train you to work.

  • You will graduate with a nationally recognised qualification.

  • You will be employed and study with other women just like you.

  • Opportunities available for enrolments and work now; with the study commencing in 2024.

WomenCAN is an Australian organisation based in Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula, Bendigo and Mildura whose purpose is to assist women to circuit break the cycle of disadvantage. We do this by identifying & removing barriers to womens’ participation in the work force.

Our mission is to assist women get back to work.

Job Types: Part-time, Apprenticeship, Full-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

Salary: $20.96 – $28.60 per hour


  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday
