This program targets women looking to enter these industries and assists with:

• Linking participants to an RTO to obtain a Certificate III in Horticulture, Cookery or Hospitality
• Study support throughout training journey
• Connections to industry employers through either part time or traineeship opportunities
• Introductions to other women in the industry through our innovative program The Placement Circle (TPC)
• Access to fairly paid jobs in safe, and supportive working environments, leading to career path with a sustainable future.
• Raising community awareness of the ongoing need to support women and create diverse employment opportunities across broad sectors
• Creating a significant difference in your future with other women and also contribute to the growth and prosperity of our community.
• Interview and work readiness preparation to establish confidence and capabilities to enter the workforce
