Manjinder is thriving, not just in her new role as a female bus driver with Dysons, but also supporting her community as a Sikh volunteer.

As a participant of the WomenCAN Australia Driving to Employment program, Manjinder jumped at the opportunity of free training, paid bus licence fees and our unique peer support through The Placement Circle.

Now as a qualified Bus Driver Manjinder is one of the few female bus drivers driving out gender stereotypes attached to a profession that is traditionally male-dominated, while urging women to stand up for new experiences.
