The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on women in the workplace.
To help support women back into work, a new initiative has come to Bendigo – WomenCAN.
The pilot program is currently calling for women who want to reskill, change careers or improve their job prospects by getting a FREE Cert III in Individual Support (Aged and Community Care) at Bendigo TAFE.
Participants will be supported through application, training, placement and employment that will lead to a career in Aged Care, a sector that is predicted to need 600,000 jobs over the next 10 years.
