WomenCAN Australia does even more than provide free training and education and guaranteed jobs. We run own social enterprise of dozens of talented tradeswomen.

Dozens of tradeswomen, cleaners, and gardeners deliver services by women for women in their homes.  

We have created a unique business where our qualified tradeswomen provide trades, gardening, cleaning, and other residential services to women in their homes, as well as to organisations that work with women and girls. 

The majority of our clients are providers of rooming house, crisis and short term/long term accommodation for women.

We do not only provide services by women for women. We provide peace of mind. We provide trust. We provide respect.

Our social enterprise also has significant social impact as a result of its connection with our unique peer-support initiative, The Placement Circle. A lengthening pipeline of tradeswomen is being trained through Registered Training Organisations.

On graduation, those women are ready for a career in trades and in facilities maintenance. We close the circle.
