Through this initiative, participants have the chance to graduate with nationally recognised qualifications, specifically the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (CHC30121) or Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021).

These qualifications open doors to careers in industries experiencing high demand for skilled professionals.

Moreover, participants are connected with employers in these sectors, both in skilled and unskilled capacities, providing pathways to secure and fulfilling employment. 

Participants are invited to join The Placement Circle program, an innovative initiative designed to foster connections among women in the program.

This platform offers support in crucial areas such as interview skills and resume writing, enhancing participants’ employability and confidence in pursuing their chosen career paths.

By engaging in this program, women gain access to safe, well-remunerated, and supportive working environments, which often lead to opportunities for traineeships, direct employment, and long-term career advancement.
