WomenCAN Build facilities maintenance service is a certified social enterprise with all profits being reinvested back into the charity to support a range of training and job placement programs.
These programs empower women who face challenges and disadvantages in their lives, by breaking down barriers and opening doors to education, training, and employment opportunities.

Facilities Maintenance Services
Through our partnerships with female contractors and various trade suppliers specialising in gardening, painting, and carpentry, we have established a robust network that enhances our services.
Services include:
- Electrical testing and tagging
- Maintenance services for both residential and commercial properties
- Facilitation of small maintenance jobs for individual clients through to major construction projects
- Unique (one off) services alongside regular, contracted services
- Cleaning and gardening services
- A predominantly female trades team. There are also male trades who support our cause and offer their services as required
- Providing female tradespeople (where possible) for situations where only a female trade can attend, such as in the instance of victim survivors of family violence who are not comfortable with a male trade in their home
- Tradespeople and staff members have Police Checks and Working with Children Checks
Examples of Services:
- Testing & tagging electrical office equipment or business tools and machinery
- Maintenance, cleaning and gardening services on public housing or tenanted houses
- One of and regular office, warehouse and other commercial cleaning
- Exit cleans when tenants vacate properties
- Challenging cleans such as deep and biohazard cleans
- Pest removal services
- Furniture removal services
- Removal of rubbish, provision of skips and trips to tips and recycling facilities if required
